Meadow Valley THROUGH THE YEARS

In 2002, Meadow Valley Manor at 124 Meadow Bank Avenue, Saint John, NB, was acquired with an initial capacity of five beds. As the need for compassionate senior care grew, Meadow Bank received approval to expand, adding a 10-bed Level 2 Care Facility. This marked an important milestone in our journey toward providing a safe, welcoming, and supportive home for more seniors in our community. 

In 2006, Meadow Valley Manor continued to grow with the addition of a 10-bed Level 2 Care Facility, created to provide compassionate support and assistance to seniors in our community. That same year, Meadow Valley Manor at 67 Pettingill Road in Quispamsis was established, expanding our commitment to creating safe, comfortable, and caring homes for seniors. 

In 2014, Meadow Valley Manor expanded its commitment to senior care with the opening of Joseph’s Wing, a 20-bed Level 2 Care Facility located at 1670 Hickey Road, Saint John, NB. 

The wing was lovingly named in memory of Joseph Barrett, the father of Meadow Valley Manor’s owner and CEO, Joyce Barrett. More than an expansion of the facility, Joseph’s Wing serves as a lasting tribute to a beloved father and reflects the family values, compassion, and sense of home that remain at the heart of Meadow Valley Manor.
