Level 2 care is designed for individuals who benefit from regular support with daily living while maintaining as much independence, choice, and dignity as possible. Our goal is to provide the right balance of assistance and independence, creating an environment where residents can feel comfortable, respected, and at home.
Depending on individual needs, support may include assistance with medications, meals, personal care, housekeeping, laundry, mobility, and daily routines. Our caring team is available to provide guidance and support throughout the day, helping residents with the activities they may find challenging while encouraging them to continue doing what they can independently.

Level 3G
Level 3G (Generalist Care) is designed for individuals who require a higher level of support due to more complex cognitive, behavioural, or daily-care needs. Our approach focuses on creating a safe, structured, and supportive environment where each resident can receive the attention and assistance they need while being treated with dignity, patience, and respect.
Care is individualized to each resident’s abilities, preferences, routines, and changing needs. Support may include assistance with personal care, medications, meals, mobility, daily routines, communication, and other activities of daily living. Our team provides consistent guidance and supervision while encouraging residents to participate in activities and routines to the greatest extent possible.
