Our homes benefit seniors who may not require nursing home care but are no longer willing or able to care for themselves in their own home and yet want to maintain an independent lifestyle.  We will provide individual assistance with mobility, personal care, prompting throughout the day guidance, general activities and dispensing of medications. Our home will be designed to meet the needs of clients who have a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s/mild dementia who require Level 2 & 3G Care. These clients will require assistance with all Activities of Daily Living (ADL and IADL). Resident care will be planned, coordinated, provided, delegated, and supervised by professional health care providers who access and recognize the unique physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of each person. Professional medical care will be provided through office visits, clinics, home visits, Extra mural, Community Liaison Nurses.

Meals are enjoyed in a family atmosphere.  Foot care, massage therapy, medication monitoring, assisted daily living are just some of the services offered.  Meadow Valley Manor is a member of Volunteer Services, which provides our seniors such activities as crafts, entertainment.

Meadow Valley Manor Inc. offers a lifestyle designed for both comfort and security.  Daily housekeeping, laundry, cable, telephone are just a few of the amenities offered to its residents.  Security system enables staff to monitor and promptly respond to residents’ needs.  We encourage residents to personalize their living space. Flexible visiting hours allow residents to enjoy quality time with family and friends. Meadow Valley Manor Inc. strives to provide a social environment to accommodate the varied interests of all our residents by providing an activity room where playing checkers or cards, and no fail activities, reading, cooking mechanics, TV and movies can be enjoyed.  A gentle exercise routine consisting of stretching, proper breathing technique, range of motion exercises, and walking are offered with much encouragement.
