Meadow Valley Manor Inc.
Meadow Valley Manor Inc. is a licensed split level 2 & 3G facility and has been dedicated and committed to providing services for our seniors for the past 20 years.
Our homes benefit seniors who may not require nursing home care, but are no longer willing or able to care for themselves in their own home and yet want to maintain an independent lifestyle. We will provide individual assistance with mobility, personal care, prompting throughout the day guidance, general activities and dispensing of medications. Professional medical care will be provided through office visits, clinics, home visits. This is a home to aid in the assistance of maintaining independence for our senior.
In order to reach our goals, we focus on creating spaces that relate to people on a more human level. Our designs model the characteristics you might expect to have in your own home, rather than the typical institutional design of the past. Through these, Joyce Barrett, founder and the owner built four Care Facilities with her expertise of 46 years in the health care field.
Our Story
Meadow Bank - 2002
2002 -124 Meadow Bank Avenue Saint John NB was acquired in 2002 with 5 beds. Meadow Bank received approval and expanded to an additional 10-bed Care Facility Level 2.
Meadow Valley Manor - 2006
2006 - 10 bed Care Facility level 2 was built to offer assistance to our seniors. Meadow Valley was built in the Quispamsis area on 67 Pettingill Rd.

2014- 20 bed level 2 Care Facility which will be called Joseph’s Care Wing in memory of Joseph Barrett, located at 1670 Hickey Road Saint John NB.
